    Not sure whether your contractor quotes you the varnishing of parquet flooring is clear coat or coloured stain coat. If quoted for coloured stain and they did clear coat, better check with your contractor. If quotes for clear coat, they definitely do clear. Unless owner wants to top up. Coloured stain is around double the price of clear coat.

    that's true.. False ceiling guy and electrician are two different person. You have to run the wiring first before constructing the false ceiling.

    Your ID never give you internal PVC? As far i know from my ID, the difference in costing between white and coloured PVC is a bit only. So he gave me coloured.

    ID shouldn't charge extra lo.. Silicon doesn't cost much. I don't think the casing will expand la. I did it myself at my old house, and its fine.

    Can use white silicon to cover the gaps. That is what i do to my old house.

    It's coming to an end soon.. All works are done. Went to inspect my house today and was satisfied with the workmanship. Just a few minor touch up works. Didn't take much photos. Will update with more when the furniture are in.

    Oh ic.. I don't trust package. Because everything is lump sum. Some sort of hidding every items price. We don't know the pfr price from package too.

    it look weird to me. Because i dont trust quotation that is in lump sum. I want to see each item in details. And i don't see why the hacking of sanitary ware are charged again? I did my resale reno too. I just feel the quote is suspicious. Pardon me if i'm too busybody.
