hihi... i actually thinking of laying cement flooring on my existing tiles as it is uneven and water will take sometime to dry up.. the balcony is for my dogs actually.. anyway a contractor quoted me 600 bucks and its a 1 day job. Regards

its been nearly 4 months since i last shifted in... everything is gd except losta hse work to do.. esp cleaning up the hse takes me 1 full day... i normally do it twice a month only. wahhahahahaha.... im so lazy... and my wedding is nx week.. i think i got to do up more. LOL. anyway ive calulated my total reno! for just reno alone, including hacking, painting, waredrobe, tiles it cost me abt 75K. basin and toilet bowls , rain shower etc ...from sim siang choon cost me abt 5K aircon cant remember liao.. but is mitsubishi inverter 4 in 1 lights abt 3K plus mayers abt 4K plus inclusive of hood, stove, oven, washing machine and dryer and my furnitures from barang barang cost me another 6K. stupid sofa which i kinda regretted cost me 2K. actually after staying in the hse, i asked myself if theres a need for such reno? gotta save all over again...

i bought a LCD instead, as i dun really watch teebee. hahaha and my frd's 1 yr old plasma is spoilt due to over heating. now they can only watch for 30 mins, it will auto shut off... they mst the plasma mst put in the toilet, cuz they **** for 1/2 hr only. HAHHH

we got our sofa from st louis too... we bought it at their warehouse at a sale.. it was discounted to 2100 (exlusive gst) the S.E was nice and we bought from her though a bit over-price. we supposed to rec'evd our sofa on a sat noon delivery, but SE called to say delivery man couldnt make it.. the best time for them to deliver the sofa to us is after 6pm on monday. The delivery guy tried their luck at 3pm saying they will go down in 1/2 hr time, but how am i going to go there when im still at work? i told them after 6 pls... 4pm, they called again, den 5pm.... 6pm, i told them i will be there in 15 mins... so i told daniel to open the door and helped me to inspect the delivery... i tried calling the 2 numbers, but delivery guys simply shut off their phone.. so when we reached there at 630, they still didnt turn on... wat a waste trip for daniel. We waited until 7 30pm.. still no sign of delivery guys, and fone still shut off. Dear was pissed and called up their office... the manager cudnt even reach their logistics, and told us they are not very sure of their own logistics.. zzzzzz so we gave them a grace of 1/2 hr b4 flaring up again... He called at 8pm again... and this time round, the manager actually said, shall we deliver to u tmr? wah kaoz.. its **** waste of time lor... when u cannot even manange yr time well.... Dear demanded to speak to their boss, as he feels its really unbearable... not too sure how, but they managed to contact their delivery guys... they said ard the vincity already. the sofa was den delivered at 830pm. Kaoz! Wats wrong with all my furnitures? first, courts c0ck up, nx its my sofa... the best best service gotta be ghee hong & barang barang!!!

Just invited my buddah in last thurs. a buddah statue i bought at iwannagohome. im glad i bought it in feb. it was a limited edition of 200 pcs

not much of a patiser... but love doing creme brulee, souffle, tiramisu, italian chocolate fudge.. omg.. all are sooo sinful im more to french and italian cuisine... i do whipped up local food with a twist of fusion my twin basin! omg! i love the basin console so much!!! it took out nearly half a room rain & "phone" shower.. the water pressure is just nice my altar table.. omg.. i love the end product that they sprayed all the spikes to gold!!! i really enhances my JIN LA LA buddah

my dream is to be a chef!

BunBun: most industrial kitchens are built that way to lessen the time of the chef to walk to the fridge.. thus u see those small compartments below the island might be fridge or oven or freezer... Hot cooking equipment and refrigerated counters built into a one piece top, with all elements recessed and flush, working side by side. i always love my school's kitchen! LOL .. so 1 stop!!! yesh. my notti boy is very lucky... i cut my hair like 6 months once... he cut every month zzz.. Jessie: EM has 1 of the best kitchen to do island but the hood wise is very ex... tts why i did the glass panel to mount the hood. LOL

those professional kitchen always hv island in their kitchen... which make it more presentable? and i chose to do an island becuz i lurve cooking and baking... if hdb allows, i might even do those industrial grade fridge below the island... LOL and the sink will be very near me... but due to hdb regulation, we need to hv distant away from the cooker & sink.. so too bad some pics of my dream kitchen hoped to win 1 big sweep, and i will deft buy a pte property and convert half of my living hall into kitchen!!! LOL

i also think he gd life leh.. when we bring him out.. he normally sits in the front and i will be isolated to the rear passenger seat.. he wans to be my hubby's navigator

hihi, my dog has very very thick coat, but he dun really hv luxury to the aircon unless its very hot... i normally blow him with fan only... and other reasons why i put on aircon, becuz my doggie frds always bunk my place... imagine when we hv gathering.. the dogs will be at the balcony.. chilling off the air con anyway that aircon is a gift from my aircon man. LOL (mum's long time frd) my supposely toy poodle, who out grew toy size... currently mini size... 15 inch in lengeth, weighing 6 kg. LOL ... i will also be putting the spagetti curtain (duo colour - red and black) .... in the guest room... as for the kitchen, i always love holding luncheons... i love cooking.. tts why i would prefer an island in the centre... its a bit cramp, but i love it...

dog's shower area. with a blower attached below the cabinet the casement aircon for the dog the guest room with our barang barang daybed!!! basins are up!!! furnitures from barang barang are up samsung will be mounting the tv up this wed!!! my 6 seaters island theres even a steamboat plug below 1 of the cabinet stove & oven from mayers are up!!! the hood will be up tmr been eyeing the stove for 2 years and i finally bought it!!!!

so far so gd on my side just that he is very very very slow... we start reno in mid april... and its just 80% done nw!! first he told me 6 weeks, den 8 weeks den nw? zzzzz but so far he has done gd job lah hes asking for hes last payment but only 80% done mah shd i give? or i wait till everything is done?

bunbun, i always wanted a mr & mrs smith's toilet! keekeke... when we were discussing the drawings with my designer, ch 5 was showing mr & mrs smith too.. so he roughly got my idea.. LOL.. toiletries are so personal rednapp39 i was like u.. but i went to soon bee huat and my designer show us how he is going to lay the tiles.. and thats really nice.. and its also cooling tiles... i bet my dog will love it...

LOL.. anyway i didnt put PLC down lights for my guest room... I bought a sexy light with black spagetti strip. i wan it to be SEXY too!!! LOL with the living hall light on too individual light on entrance to my MBR (its the push in effect) Open the door!!! the hanging light in my MBR. The flooring is not parquet or laminated flooring. its real tiles. haha.. so afraid my dog pee... so all the tiles in my whole hse are dog friendly! phew!!! lead way to our toilet my rain shower!

its been almost a month since i last updated on the blog.. the tilings and hacking have all been done. last week they just completed plastering... and now they are doing the false ceiling. and aircon are all up.... windows has been changed the living room and the balcony false ceiling with PLC downlight... guest room... with fuschia pink wall... cabinet with shower tub for dogs and dryer too... the compressor of the dryer will be hidden in the cabinet Kitchen will be my most disappointed design. the more i wan it to look special, the more i got disappointed.. my hubby and design change the design b4 telling me
