After 6 weeks I can stay on our new crib! Happy renovation to all.......

@Cludia, yes it is, one month to finish, amend here and their until I was satisfied. Too mesy right now @ the house, halfway of the tiling.

Finally, Detail Drawing is finalize and ready for fabrication....!

Here are the 3D perspective of our house. Next week will discuss detail drawings. Whew!

After 3 months looking for a renovation company none ending conversation, finally we will be submitting the hacking on HDB. We will be having total renovation, hacking of all existing floor. Living room will be Marble Floor, Kitchen Homogeneous, Bath 1&2 Homogeneous and all Bedroom will be Parque. Attach Below is the layout & hacking submission of wall. Home my renovation will be smooth and no big problems come out. Good luck to me!

It depends of the work load / design / materials and how many percent the company want to profit. I am having 5 quotation right now with same work / design & materials use and comparing them.

Hi Wendi, Renzz is one of my short listed company to do my renovation, I'm as some discount from their quotation, hope they approved it.
