LOL my contractor also get some workers to install window grills yesterday when i reached the my place. Was shocked to find few strangers in my house, but they must have thought the same as i've never seen the workers before and the contractor uncle wasn't around.

Alamak, I nearly laugh my head off when i saw this today during visit to new home. We wanted wall-mount hair dryer but the uncle go and fix the hand dryer lor. When he said "chui feng tong" we had interpreted as the hair dryer but he meant hand dryer. Now our master bed room toilet look like those in shopping centres with this strong blowing hand dryer. hubby gonna call the uncle and see if can get this replaced or not.

my mum had used glass one before and we used it for more than 10 yrs . consider my mum cook everyday so should have no problem to withstand high temperature another reason i'm going to use induction cooker is because my future mother in law bought a new one and decided to give it to me. LOL

hmmm not subscribing to town gas for me. since i seldom cook and i am quite blur (will tend to forget that i'm cooking something), my hubby and I decided that it is safer for us to use induction cooker . so no need to pay for gas, just pay as per use for the electricity.

hello spinball, hmm think roughly below lor..i also dunno how my hubby tell the uncle one.. living room: false wall, false ceiling plus lighting, tv console, ceiling fan, mini barcounter near entrance, 1 mirror master bed room: full length wardrobe, false wall, lighting master bed room toilet: change toilet door, shelfts around the mirror and sink, lighting bed room 1: full length book shelf, normal lighting bed room 2: wardrobe, normal lighting common toilet: think they going to replace the sink, common storage heater kitchen: cabinates and shelf, hood and hob bomb shelter: basic shelf (those without door that kind) all rooms: window grill maybe they also include painting cost.. duno if 23k is a reasonable price for the above or not.. :|
