btw one question, did you guys request HDB to change any defect tiles? I changed 2 of the tiles and the tone of the new tiles is so much different from the old one.. did you guys get HDB to change all the tiles instead for the floor? Will HDB changed for us if we request? haha

Actually the sales person from AllBest did mention that for our flat size, non-inverter for living room is good enough unless the flat size is 130++. Hopefully this is true..

I just get what they offer me. the trunking you are referring to is the pipe? they said they are giving the bigger 1.. they can hold it for 6months but the sales person told me they can hold for another 3 months which total is 9 months. not sure about when the promo end but they do have sys 3 which if i remember correct is $1888nett btw spinball how much you bought for your samsuny 37" TV & what model is that? & also the sound system? Presently the open area is used to hold those mrt track stuffs but in future it is meant for high rise building.. that what i saw it on hdb site or booklet cant remember.. BTW check with you guys, regarding the gas, we can ask citygas to turn it on 1st and get them to lay the pipes on a later date right?

I got the normal 1 that why is 5th floor. If i want to choose the slanted one I can get high floor. Hopefully is not a wrong move. haha

it is... but when you come to limited choices, you will choose the best among the worst.. I have another friend at the 9th floor. he is waiting for the HLE to be approved. so I suppose 989A will have lots of young couples?

From what I heard, as the st 93 neighbourhood mostly are young couples, that y in the day it is very quiet which give those people change to breakin. Any wait for few mths more there will be more people and hopefully will be much safer. Actually what I scare are those bangalas in the night hanging over the estates and creating a lot of noises. Anyone living there encounter it?
