we went to the granite workshop yesterday evening to confirm our Indian Black Galaxy granite slab! We outsourced this to direct granite contractor and managed to save 1k plus. Island top and kitchen worktop that comes with backsplash (skirting) and opening of holes! installation will be tomorrow! So excited!

congrats on your new flat!! well i think the format is not standardised. it's up to the blog starter's preferences whether to reveal the pricing and details too. if not, you can always PM them for advice and prices.

personally i think it depends on your house also. if the area always exposed to harsh sunlight, then it will not last long. and of course the wallpaper should not be too near the humid places such as toilets etc. wallpaper is coming back! well it is a fashion. i dun think valuation will take into account the wallpaper at all. maybe flooring like marble or granite will make such an impact.

u rem u asked me why we had to go down with the electrician to my place for the actual site inspection. we confirm with him the positions and at the same time confirm the lighting points and stuff etc. in fact we did not have any lighting plan at all. my contractor just estimated the points and quote me. anyway, try to nego with your ID. all the best!

ya think the tracks also need some 'ventilation' for the water to leak out otherwise really will flood. oh at least it's laminated flooring which can change the few pieces easily. hope your problem will be resolved soon! these few days seems like will rain!

Think I better be more hardworking to clean up in order not to accumulate on grease due to cooking which results in the yellowing! I hope my lights come soon! Contractor is asking already! I am also very excited to see my lights too! Shall ask him tomorrow!

Oh ya I love the piano white laminates which make the kitchen looks big and clean. Hee think dishwashers are getting popular! But dun think it can clean those Chinese wok right?

hi, i love your white white glossy kitchen wall tiles!! oh ya mine floor also hv to use the foamy thing to raise the height otherwise would be too heavy. and i also saw mine have the iron steel (like gauze) also. nice reno!! what a transformation you did to your 3 room! i used to stay in TPY 3 room too! like yours, toilet and bath area are separate!
