wow what an experience! for me i think if the moment i step into the house i dun feel good, i will not buy... my new house is n-s facing...so should b quite cooling for me...the moment i step in is like a homely feeling..so quite like it.. but knowing your 'fate' really seems scary esp the bad parts..though can do preventive measures to a certain extent..that's why they say ignorance is bliss.

same here..i only on my aircon 25 degree for that energy efficiency...now staying with hubby side..no aircon..has to hv to fan blow at me lo..if not really cannot tahan..how to zzzzz...wishing for my unit to be ready so i can enjoy my room and aircon.

oh issit so bad??? scary leh..now my new house also with chute inside the house...my previous house, the chute was at the lift...anything to take note of??? scared of cockroaches.

but at times really hot wor., then the aircon will come into good use.... haha and hot when more pple are in the house... problem come..must find solution lo..no choice..hv to face it when it comes..

issit after the wall is the rubbish chute?? which is why there is a wall to separate the main door and chute?? then what about old houses in which the rubbish chute is inside the house?

yeah true..i think i would not be tiling my kitchen wall too! just thinking of putting backsplash either stainless steel or tempered glass...hmm but then tough to drill stuff hor on them also... thanks!! will take note of the measurements...as for tall champagne glasses..most prob will put into the cabinets ba...oh yeah..cannot b too high also..otherwise the bar stools will need to be high too!! nice to have a breakfast area..quickie breakfast over the counter while preparing for beverage or bread..heee

hi superchrisho, nice reno you have there!! it's really a great overhaul! it seems like you din tile up your kitchen wall too! love your kitchen breakfast top and the idea of hiding the cups and glasses behind a black glass sliding..this can really help to save space on counter tops...do you mind if i adopt the concept from you??
