Would like to check with the bros here to see if the pipes in the images can be reroute in anyway? the toilets are side by side separated by a wall. I intend to hack partial of the wall off to create a walkway to link both toilets together. Understood that the sewage pipe behind cannot be touched, what about the front pipes or the smaller seconday pipes? Please advise

Hi everybody, my toilet is those old school toilet with a wall seperating the wc and bath area. i intended to hack the wall in between to combine both of the units together however i was quoted below for my toilet not including hacking etc , is this pricing not normal? i find it too expensive. my toilet is at most 40-45sqft only.
