Hi, I'm new here. I just bought a 2 storey, Old Semi-D. I need to build up to 3.5 storey with roof terrace etc. I'm here to find out more about the cost of A&A/ Reconstruct the Semi-D Exterior & Additional 1.5 Floor. Should I get an Architect to do everything or to get a Builder to do everything. If i missed out other info that I need to write here, please kindly do highlight to me too. Thank you! =)
