I somewhat feel more balanced and assured that they do value their clients. I still like summit a lot based on how much I have seen on Renotalk and how ***** suggested to me ideas and designs. Dear all, I went to summit 2 weeks back and met *****, who gave me lots of ideas on my soon-to-come bto flat (jun/jul), he was able to keep within my budget of about 18k. i was quite happy to meet him. fast forward 2 weeks, after i left the joo chiat office, i have not contacted him since my bto is not ready and i thought i should let him take his time to work on the quotations. to my dismay, instead of himself, Shah emailed me that she will be taking over my project(due to ***** will be on course and he can't manage). i was kind of disappointed because should he being unable to take my case, he could have drop me an email and told me about it, then probably introduce me to another id - seeing that how personalized they are towards the rest of their clients found here. i just find it very abrupt to have someone else emailed me when i spoke to ***** for almost 2 hours and someone else takes the job. right now, im not thinking of changing to another company because i have seen their works on this forums, thanks to everyone's generosity and courtesy of their photos. my question is, has anyone engaged Shah?
