Hey, wow saw tat u intend to do lotsa hacking wor!! This means the cost for the reno going to be higher. Well i need the brm3 for the study area, so not intending to touch it. Maybe considering hacking the walls at the kitchen entrance but our parents dun like the sliding glass door concept as they think it's dangerous cos my boy is still young. Might do the feature wall for the bombshelter cos the shoes cabinet might be built beside it (still thinking). Btw, saw tat u got ur new house at 218K ah!!? We got ours in the balloting exercise in 2004 at only 180k++, wow the prices went up alot hor... High floor ma? HIHI I'm from 273C... Got my keys 2weeks ago already. In fact my neighbour already started their reno!! For the reno part, i'll be only starting in March. My ID is Equicity Design (my best friend), but still looking around for more quotes! Can intro to me Ur ID if u think that they are really good and compare the service. Anyway i think my firend's quotes should be quite reasonable cos she quote my another friend who stay at 273A less than $20k for the whole reno. My quotes not out yet cos she jus came to see the house yesterday only but If u keen, i can intro also. Will like to be friends with my fellow neighbours too!! PM me okie!

Hey, Ur floorplan is the mirror image of MINE!!!!! I'm staying at 273C, wat about U??? We going to be neighbour wor!!! I do have a dog too and an additon family member as compare to yours, my little boy zavier! We will be doing the reno only after CNY, wat about U? I've been to my unit and i'm quite pleased with the layout except the dinning area which i still cant decide where and how to put the dinning table. Jus for reference, i'll be doing all built-in wardrobes for all the bedrooms and the kitchen cabinet, the feature wall for TV and built-in TV console. Cabinets for both toilets and the shoes cabinet is a must. MY ID (Equicity Design, who is my best friend) recommend to do the feature wall for the bombshelter but i dunno if i got the budget anot. Might be doing the L-box ceiling for the Living area only. Window grills is a must for me as well as my little boy is only 4. Still considering to hack the walls in the kitchen area anot... cos haven decide where is the dinning area. The kitchen area is not as bright with our layout so it might be a good idea but of cos must depend on the cost too. All others reno are additional and only for decorative purposes so for me, it really depend on the total cost of the reno. I have a tight budget to work on so might be doing the minimum of wat i mentioned. Maybe we can exchange infor on the quotes too.... Keep in touch ! U can PM me for contact details

Well after knowing the negative feedbacks from some of the members here, indeed was very upset but my hubby said jus as long as the finished product is ok then i should not get so bother by the $. We got the bed cos our little boy Zavier like to sleep with us and hubby think tat getting a platform bed is easlier since we can jus add a mattress for him to sleep with us...

Wow!! Good Buy! Will consider getting it for my boy too... Saw something similar from Ikea but think more than $500 and their kid's bed all super small size thus must get their in-house mattress too. My boy Zavier got lotsa of toy cars to be stored! hahah My boy Zavier :

Haizzzzzzzzzz, Was very upset after reading some of the feedback about Co'zy.... Paid about 1.3k for the deposit already, especially when the whole set already beyond my buget, i'm looking forward to something really nice and worth the price! this is my 1st purchase for the new house and already so disappointted liao i felt so hopeless! Think my hubby going to kill me if the bedframe dun come out right!!! Jus few days after the purchase and i'm regreting now... i dunno if i should jus wait and see (maybe they aren't tat bad as wat ppl said or??????) sob sob... Pray hard for Me!

haiz,, Am i abit regretted now for having read this forum late!!! Jus made a purchase with CO'ZY over the weekends... the Whole set with mattress cost me about $2.7K.... Sob sob... Beside the bad after sales services that most of U guys got... R u guys at the least satisfied with the products U got from CO'zy??

Icic... We'll be getting someone to see the Fengshui for our new house too. My house will have full-length windows too, maybe for the bedrooms as well. My mum insisted tat i've to do window grills for the low part of the windows too cos she's worry about the safety of her previous grandson (hahahah, my son is 4yrs next yr).
