Agent C! Then which price will you end up selling your flat at? More agents doesnt equate best price - it triggers a price war.

Agent 2 has no case against you. Lesson learnt is that its better to appoint 1 agent as your exclusive (renewable/lapse after 3 mths). The agent will then serve in your interest (ensuring the best price). If its not exclusive, agents wont work as hard for you coz they know got other agents serving you, and they will focus on their own other exclusive clients.

Having a dilemna with the painting of my house. Pix 1) living room - sofa leans against this wall - right side is the balcony which I've hacked. Pix 2) living room - same wall - left side. There's a divider (in blue block) and then further left is the door (brown block). I would like to paint this wall but I'm not sure where to start/end (see pix 3) 1) Paint from after divider to "red" or "orange" line? 2) Paint from door to "red" or "orange line? 3) Paint from door all the way around the balcony - forming a L Pix 4) Bedroom wall corner - bed leans against this wall (ignore green line) Likewise, want to paint this wall, but dont know how to end. Should I paint to the "blue" or "green" line? (see pix 5) Last but not least, previously someone recommended a website where U can preview before you paint. Cant locate the website - anyone can help! thanks!

i like those balcony at private estates where the sides are not covered, unlike HDB - only front is uncovered.

yup, that's the one. Oh that sticker was made of oyama paper? do you know the cost? it can stick & stay on glass? Any idea if it works for wall?
