ya tink the flats built yrs back and the same kinda tiles might not b available liao. find tat the design quite outdated too. like the toilets they stil use wooden doors...then the kitchen 1 is like quite problematic cos the toilet bowl is juz at the door entrance, makes it hard to close the door. met one of the neighbour from my blk, one uncle from en-bloc he says he has feedback to hdb to ask them change the door. also tryin to get more ppl to write in together wif him hopefully they'll take action for whole neighbourhood. juz wonderin whether if a lot of us write in together abt the defects, wil they b more likely to change everythg for us? but another thing is wil tat delay the date of startin the reno?

oic...ok so hopefully the letter wil come soon cos it shld b another 1 - 2 wks from date of the letter then we can collect keys rite. like tat drag on might b end jan already. !!

Hi all, we've rec'd the letter from hdb tat our HLE is approved. however, no letter informin us when to collect keys leh juz wana chk the letters wil come separately one ah? cos i tot if HLE approved liao means can collect keys already also. quite disappointed cos few days ago checked hdb website already knew tat HLE has been approved. so was like waitin for the letter to come to inform us of key collection date.. but dun have leh

o dun worry think when we collect the keys tat time they'll already deduct watever amt we have in our cpf acc, dun have to go so many times one. i've checked online and our HLE already approved.. yeah! guess shld b able to collect key soon..hopefully. hmm i guess it's cos the flats were built yrs back. tat's y the tiles used also outdated liao. but dun tink hdb wil b so gd to replace all the tiles in all the units rite.. even the bathroom door oso stupid lor..use those wooden doors which is reali "tin tay" haa. tat time got one uncle who purchased thru en-bloc tellin us he tryin to gather more ppl to request for the door to b changed to bi-fold type.. wonder if it's fesible or not.

Hi all, We've yet to collect our keys but currently sourcing ard for a gd ID who can work within our budget. Visited abt 4 IDs at IMM but all cannot reali make it haiz. 3 did not get back to us after abt 3wks now. only 1 got back to us but i think his quote is too ex. hey tinyeyes, yeah man! i also rec'd the letter on 18th dec i think. then they put in a stmt sayin tat deadline is 24th dec. if they dun rec it by then, they'll take it as we dun wish to apply for HLE already. wth man... dun they take into consideration public holidays?? reali jia lat one. i couldnt get the person on 18th, so on 19th early mornin called up. kept tryin til someone picked up and again told me the person not ard. i die die ask her help me c if he's there finally got hold of him.. but til now, HLE status stil in process only.. hai dar80, i think the no. they've stated on the letter is actually a general line. tat's wat the auntie who picked up my call told me. i stil thought it's a DID.

hi TinyEyes, ya hdb reali very jia lat one. me juz called them up also feelin very "hot". cos there's some prob wif our HLE application. they require certain doc i cant provide. cos i'm actually a private tutor and since my income has been below the chargeable income cap by IRAS so they've informed me i actually dun have to submit my tax returns. hdb req tat i provide past 3 yrs income tax returns or certified annual stmt of accs. when i told him i cant provide income tax returns then he said nvm u can send us ur certified annual stmt of accs. omg, i already mention tat i'm a private tutor... duh.. i'm not runnin a company where to get stmt of accs.. so pissed off.. then ask him how long wil the process take he said he cant advise on tat. said he's juz the first level of assessment, stil gota go thru other levels. omg.. after sendin in our HLE application in first wk of dec, only now then they start to look at our application?!?! haiz tink we cant get the keys so soon liao

oic.. wow tat's reali pretty fast. cos the hdb guy actually told us can get keys abt 3-4 mths though shld b earlier. so we estimatin abt 2mths, 2 mths+ hee. guess if tat's the case might b gettin the keys b4 cny then but we'll also b startin reno after cny hee. u also stayin at 676b? !!

hi all JW st 64 residents.. i'm actually new to this forum hehe. juz got a unit from the balloting exercise last thur.. i presume tat was the last day of selection from wat i heard from my frn Q no. was way way behind but luckily managed to select a high flr unit hee. got our unit at blk 676b.. tink i saw some of u also stayin in the same blk.. so glad to find quite a no. of ppl in this forum hee.. currently wil have to look ard for ID for reno but haven got our keys yet.. cant wait for tat to come!
