I checked out their website boasting they got most competitive direct price, I called them in the morning to confirm $105 pfr kitchen cabinet then the boss say later will give me a appointment date for measurement.
Few hours later then I was informed will be 2 days later afternoon. I asked for a time as I can't sit whole afternoon. Towards end of day then I was informed of the time. I confirm with them.
That afternoon I waited and nobody came. I called 1.5 hour after, because most contractor are usually not on time and can be later than an hour plus. The salesman who was supposed to come said because I called you morning and you no answer call so I didn't come. This really sound more like a excuse as the date and time was agreed not long ago. We reschedule.
The salesman came and quoted $110 pfr. I said that's not the price confirmed earlier. Then he said if boss said $105 then will go that price loh.
Furthermore he added delivery charge $250 and few hundreds on GST alone. When I told him lower cabinet to be lower by 2", dish rack to do lower, cabinet for cooker hood to be higher from tabletop, he said these are not their standard height and their carpenter will have problem and want to charge me more. I told him people come to carpenter for customization work, if I pay few thousands and inconvenient to use then what's the point. After all those addup and his craps, their costs are not any cheaper at all and leave very bad impression of their dishonesty and incapability.
