The price they quote me far more reasonable.

Toilet bowl and sink are low cost items relative to tile replacement.

Still need to find someone to paint/varnish, install lock set and install physical door.

Credit card charges came up to $2132.49 which works out to be approx 18.95% for the freight service + GST.

A couple of people recommend Chelsea Lights at Jurong East also.. any good feedback abt it ?

And if you are particular about the patterns of each slab matching the next, expect to pay even more, as there will be more wastage just to match the natural grain.

The plumber after installing the piping did not even put silicon to seal the hole in the shower screen. I had to borrow the painter silicon to DIY myself.

It will not be as good as hacking and laying new tiles lah, so if done properly, it will ensure a few things, proper water proofing for years to come.
