Am interested to know that as i have some requirements for my room to accommodate a ceiling fan and a platform bed. Also when i looked at your floorplan, it does look very very similar to mine, except that you have 4 windows at your living room but mine only have 3. Sigh..

Hi Huairen. Your unit really like my new flat floor plan, except that you have 4 windows at your living and bedroom. Mine only have 3 windows nia. I am expecting to receive my keys soon, probably in the next 2-3 months ba. But at the meantime, struggling on the reno part.

Hi All. Am back after a long long absence. My 2rm bto flat is scheduled to be completed by 2nd quarter of 2018 (PCD date) but i hope to receive the keys by Oct\early Nov so that can move in before 2018 starts. Right now they have finished building the units and still working on the interior and exterior areas. Like many of you, there's the feeling of excitement especially when it comes to renovation. But how early is it that one needs to provision to find the right contractor/ID? Any feedback would be good. Thanks in advance.
