Definitely recommended to have air con planned out first. U dont want to be in a situation whereby the optimal air con piping way is blocked by ur display cabinet or ur wardrobe.

Reno looks good at $20k. Many pple think that contractors are not as good as ID but I think that some contractors are really good. I spoke with a few contractors before. The main thing they told me is I need to tell them what I want then they will do up accordingly. If want nice nice designs then need to go find ID liao.

I did some research before on some of them and here are my thoughts: 1. Rezt n relax - expensive but very good service. 2. Absolook - mid range, good service, seems like they give quite a lot of freebies and lucky draws. 3. Icon - no comment. 4. Earth - no comment. 5. Oak three studios - no comment. 6. North west interior - expensive but very good service. 7. Fuse concept - no comment. 8. Cozy Ideas - nice designs. I think end of the day, it depends on ur budget ba. If u have the budget and are willing to splurge, go for better ones such as Rezt n Relax, North West and Absolook. For me, I quite like Absolook's 3D designs.
