my 2 cents: try not to stretch urself too much by taking the reno loan. Live without big reno is better than being chased by banks after taking the loan. I know a guy was treated pretty badly by a local bank after taking the reno loan, and failed to repay on time

try these few places: Fairprice extra (big branches), Home DIY stores in shopping malls and this online shop: Safe Box Mart, and google "safe Singapore" you will see a dozens of other shops Pls do your research / contact their sales before buying safes at these places. you will need to buy those "pet friendly" motion sensors. This is a built-in feature from the sensory itself, not from the security alarm panel. since you are from Canada, I know this Canadian brand, DSC security alarm, is quite reliable, and they have "pet friendly" motion sensor (for up to 30kg pet immune, if I remember it correctly)
