i have similar bad experiene with Best Tech too. until now my deposit still not able to get a back, every time my wife call, just being push here and there. thinking to file a court sue to them. if still no respond

Hi, All, i have a Similar experience with Best Tech, when i go the sales office & ask question, the sales lady just say yes to everything. i ask also if i paid the deposit if the installation guy find out that my condo can not install the air cond as per what i want, can the deposit be refund. the answer is yes. but after the contractor come & management say that the air cond is not able to be fit, when i ask for refund, there are so many excuse. this drag for months, i went to oversea just come back recently. have no time to due with this, so my wife call them and ask again, this round they are saying the the deposit have been paid too long time ago, deposit back or i file a court sue Thanks
