me finally back ..hee..kinda of lazy since move back to parents house!! the house ..the wall have been down..so happy.. and 1st bedroom wall have been up.. but got BAD news!!argh...... my windows have to check and approve by the PE.mean i have to spend another aleast $1k for it!!so sien!! the kitchen base have been done.and the tiles on the floor..is the same color with the wall..hee. same color... the kitchen seem like cave .

applefreak:argh@@the hdb officer..we finally found him!! his answer is"our ID fault,send something about the wall,should have no beams, but our ID drawing have beams..so didnt approve!ask us to call our ID to resend it!!! i want that Mr k***..my ID did call him and ask.he never said send wrong roh!! if the drawing is wrong! why cant call my ID or us after we leave him so many msg! as this walll didnt approve long,he should just tell us early when Our ID call him and ask him about the wall! so we can resend again mah!!!!!really mad!!!!!! WASTE our 2 week time and now only said,resend to him!!!faint!!!!! now dont know when going to approve the hacking wall again!!! well it have to see..depend on the floor,if is still in good shape and not unbalance.. Parquet can just do overlay..but careful while chose the wood..cant be too thick... if you want to know more.can pm me,i can give your my hubby hp.you can ask him. as my hubby doing parquet flooring.. and my old house is overlay too...

..what have done since last week.. thought today tiles will be doing.but ID said tomorrow then start ..argh.. thought today want to plan out the lightings layout..but ID said PC down,cant print out the layout..argh thought finally can hack off the wall..but HDB still pending it!even we call,no people answer the phone call!! so what done since last week.. all hacking been done and remove all the wastage..now everywhere is sand.. my kitchen wall !!cement feel look..still need a coat to paint over..to make is more smooth and shine.. the kitchen tiles to match my wall..so alike color..and so huge size!! the new door frame..as old one have been remove.. oh..i havnt chose my door design!! like alot things havnt chose ..from kitchen cabinets to masterbed room wardrobe color painting,ligthings.L-box layout,false ceiling layout!!! and i havnt see my 3D drawing too... it is correct? ...the granite slate which hubby insist doing it for the recess area wall.. so rough..lucky i dont have kids now..if not..very danger !!! this is the wall going to have the granite slate... and shocked to find the pipes and gas meter box..only found out after the hacking!!! hubby cant stand it..so ID said do a box up and shoes cabinet.. money spending again!!! and hubby went crazy..said want to do false ceiling with lights in the kitchen argh......

yes!!i have 6cats! these are all my lovely baby!!! but one of the cat(the photo shown end of the left side) cant move now..as he jump off from my old house recently(last month)!! and broke his spinal,the vet said,he wont be able to move his back leg for the rest of his life so sad! but we are gald he able to stay alive!! this is one,sugar is his name.. and he cant control his urine and poo..anytime will urine on it own.. he have to use Pad inkontinens all the time..

Before hacking..we already chose the tiles for kitchen.toliets. but i didnt chose any kitchen wall tiles..as i want a cement screeding wall! :~ something like this feel~~ so i only chose the kitchen floor tiles which is almost same color to match the wall the masterbedroom toliet.. the common toliet..husband chose the wall tiles kinda of have the leather feel And all the other area,living rooms to 2bedrooms and recess area..will be doing parquet floor. A granite slate will do on the recess area one of the wall..

(hope my in laws wont complaint after is done!!! ) kitchen is long L-shape..kinda of dark in here.. As only have one window like the masterbedroom.. one and only window..also small area for my washine machine and dryer..

As my husband surname is Hong,and Mine is Leong...so together is hong leong home!! This is our 2nd buying on the resale market...Have been looking for a flat since last year..even went to balloting in Toa payoh lor 6 new flat..too bad we didnt get it... So we went into the resale market..in oct 2007..we started to hunt our new flat in all EAST, NORTH EAST,NORTH area.... AS is a non PAP area..so upgra is hope is not too LONG for 1st posting!
