No problem. I wanted the Amasco one also but they ran out of Gun Metal Color (they say) and I was quite irritated with finding fans, so I just bought on impulse without asking around for the prices. !!

Unless got earthquake? Hehehe No la...most important the plastering must be done properly...should not crack that easily one. even if crack, it is just hairline cracks which can be covered up easily by paints.

Yeah. Without lights. Got it from Steven. Hahaha. The Amasco 52" without lights is $110. But I dun like the color, so chose a fanco one.

I know how to adjust but just lazy to do manual editing. All my photos are automatically processed by my Photoshop using Auto Level, Auto Color and Auto Contrast and resized for web then uploaded. And yeah, I got the idea of glory red also cos of photos i saw in renotalk that made me go WOW. THAT IS NICE! Dunno leh. I asked around and they say its normal.... so see how lor...

I STRONGLY suggest NEVER to use CHew interior for any reno, be it big budget or not. Their service is really too poor for such an established company. All their staff are just interested in getting quotes out. And handwritten quotes??!?! Crap. Most interesting thing is that they will sure ask your budget and give u something above that budget.

1st Coat of Paint Done!! Finally, the 1st coat of painting is completely. However, not very satisfied with the workmanship but my ID promised me that all will be touched up later and this is just the first coat. Nonetheless, photos!! Colors might be a little off...but should be around there.. I think color seems too way off. I was using my standard automated PS script....hmmmmmmzzz...the glory red not as red after the automated PS..

For me not much diff la, but my line M1 mah and my working place, M1 reception is the best. Dun like Laghub. Hehehe

Yups. Totally agree with this. When I am back home(Starhub), it is LagHub at night and when I am at my wife place at nite (Singtel), its Speedtel! The difference is too much to warrant for any considerations for my new place.

Thanks to your recommendation, I also got it from Palace of Lights. Bought a 52" Fanco fan at $200. Rather expensive, but i didnt bothered to neg as I was in a rush. I also understand that the ventilation fan is not approved for use in HDB?

keltong, How about cabls ah? Any good HDMI cables to recommend? I am intending to plug buy probably 2 more cables for my new tv

How is the installation of the switches? Easy? I planning to DIY if my ID is charging me sky high price for it.
