Yeah just got a few purchases done today!! 1) SHARP AQUOS FULL HD LCD TV 46A83 2) UNINOOVA ZEN DINNING TABLE SET 3) ST Louis coffee table + Sofa Hehehe. Nothing much to buy already except for the study room table and shelves. Hehehe. See my blog. Paid $200. It is expensive. Should be able to get it cheaper.

And my receiver will be able to convert any signal to 1080i (but not sure how it looks at the moment) Wifey watches a lot of tv Hahaha yeah. Didnt really like the conventional blades..so got this lor...anyhow this is the first time i am using a ceiling fan...so we shall see hehehe

Well, for one thing sure, he shown me a price list for 2007 and the supposedly price list for 2008 and the revised date is 21st April 2008, which happens to be tomorrow. He even guaranteed that the price will increase throughout Singapore for all Simmons model. Now I just keep my fingers crossed that the bed I paid for will be worth the $2K+. This is one big foolish thing I did today. Everything I bought so far are under tight review and research, this is the first big purchase I have done zero research on and just put my money on it. Lesson learnt. Yeah. I have been doing that for pretty much everything above $300 but not this time. I somehow still felt cheated. Is Arlington Plush an OEM model?? Made in Korea????

Today went walking around the Sungei Kadut area and walk into the ackerman & smith store selling Simmons Mattress only. After looking around a while and hearing that they say today is the last day before they increase the retail price. We were attended by this guy called Jim Loh and he showed us a few mattrees and convinced me to buy this mattress called Simmons Arlington Plush or they call it the Simmons Special Edition. I was convinced by his sales talk and requested to add in 4 pillows, mattress protector and a bolster which he agreed. Returning home, I did a search on Simmons website and found that there is no such model??!? Is Ackerman cheating us? I already paid 50% deposit... Anyone know what the heck this model is?!?!? Is Ackerman a reliable place????

Nope. I did all choosing myself with my wife I also hope so, but I am not really in a hurry so I value quality and workmanship over speed.

My MBR entrance light! Hahahaha Where is my light?!?!?! My L Box area light! Too bad I will not be able to turn on my LVR lights as the sockets will be fixed on the carpentry which is not here yet. The dinning light will also only be fixed only after my dinning table has arrived to be more sure of the position. TRASHED THE TOILETS DOORS!! Stupid dumb designer that put wooden doors in a toilet, most importantly its so cramp with a wooden door!! Changing to bifold door!

Lighting & Platform update!! Today pop by again to our place and did some inspection on the platform works. To our surprise, all platform were already done by the time we reached and the lighting guys were there and its already halfway completed! It is a little ahead of schedule and I am quite pleased with it. The MBR platform bed. I think the left hand side hole cut for the socket is a little too center for my liking as the mattress will be more towards the left. My mini platform in the LVR holding my TV console and feature wall. Looks weird in the picture...hmmmzz... Lights! 4 downlights near to my foyer area!! My big big kitchen lights! Seems a little big for my puny kitchen. Hehehe My toilet light x 2 and HHS shelter light!! Hehehe My bedroom x 3 lights! Hehehe
