How about using pre-engineered steel buildings for car garage? I found some samples here http://www.norsteelbuildings.ca. But I don't have much idea about its cost and maintenance. Currently, we have a building there, I think it is better to replace it with steel building instead of renovating it. I would like to get your suggestions before moving on to further.
