My overlay tiles both living, kitchen n store room has popped up. To hack all tiles including original or to overlay again? Need contact to do the flooring n other works like hack floor n wall tiles for common bathroom. Would really appreciate all your input n help in contacts.

Hi I just moved into my condo about 4 years and my lay over tiles during Reno which was a big mistake, they are all hollow and coming up from entire living till kitchen. Now seems like I either need to hack all existing floor from previous owner or just hack the layover n layover again. I have existing cabinets to think about as well. I need advise on this in what I should do best or anyone has any contact to recommend. I would need to do my common toilet as well. Many thanks
