Thanks Jen... but its a little too late.. we just confirmed a contractor.. =) He's an Indian.. but very friendly and sincere.. and know how to speak chinese and hokkien.. and know how to see alittle feng shui.. lol.. I was impressed by him.. hopefully he doesn't disappoint us.. lol... Total he charged us $24k.. is it too ex for 4 room.. or its normal?.. Pocket is going to have one big hole.. sighhhhh..........
