Last time, the nippon paint package uses Martex for ceiling and Vinilex for walls. I used All in one, easy application since I DIY. How much does colorland sell? Would look for them if they price is cheap when I want to repaint. Best Regards KW

Yup, I used Nippon all in 1. During my time, there was only one Nippon all in 1. The Nippon 5 in 1 might be the Nippon all in 1 with easy wash. You could check with the seller. I remembered my Nippon all in 1 has a lot of anti, possible anti-mould, but not easy wash. I do not like easy wash as the surface is a bit more shiny. Hi Dean, My house is a 5 room. I used the guide from Nippon to estimate the paint and sealant. However, after painting my master bedroom with the color, I found it too tedious, and I painted the rest white. I used quite a lot of white since I using Nippon all in 1 for my ceiling as well. I use 2 types of sealant, water and oil based. I used oil based for my toilet and kitchen ceiling, and the rest water based. I applied 1 coat of the sealant since the original coat is white too. If you are doing some small paint jobs yourself, there are some good sponge rollers which you can consider. Hi Dean, I am not sure of his WC installation nor WC installation with electrical. If you are purchasing the Baron WC white color and installing the WC by your contractor, you can consider buying from them since it is $138. I purchase my Baron from Royal Franco yesterday, since their baron color WC price with installation seems better. I got it at $250. For the paint, I purchase from estore 3 years ago. I found them the cheapest since their delivery charge is $15 flat. As for the paint job, I DIY myyself. Best Regards KW

Hi all, I have crack lines on my toilet bowl after 1 year. It is a Saniton Camellia ST2488, provided by HDB. I am thinking to DIY on changing it to a Baron. It is the cheapest and is available in the estore, which I could have it delivered to me at $15. Is it hard to change the toilet bowl? Anyone have any suggestions or experiences on changing to share? Hi, I am looking to replace this friction stay, to save on some cost. There are some cracks on the moving leaf (the black carbon part). I have went to hardware shop to search but the friction stay that I found are different, ie the moving leaf is made of metal and the alignment hole is different. Hi.. I brought the paint from the eStore for my house painting around 2 months ago, using Nippon Paint odourless. I purchased both the 5L and the 20L version. You can save a bit of cost for the 20L version which I did for my ceiling. The transportation cost is $15, not sure whether that has increased. Quality wise, the 5L is the same paint I saw from paint shop, not sure of the 20L as I do not see those at the paint shop. Hope the information helps.

Cantona7: I used back the HDB tiles, therefore, no need to top up the difference. All: I did change one piece parquet skirting. Had to fight hard with HDB. That piece have around 2-3mm height difference. The top is flush to the skirting beside it but the bottom is 2-3mm gap. They say that this is not defect, but when I ask them, if this is not defect, then what is it? They could not give me an answer, so I say, CHANGE. I am not making things hard for them but my life would be hard if I need to repair these defects next time. For the tiles, before I could change all tiles, the contractor told me they have one powder to polish and clean it. I also have stains in my current tiles, Mr muscle also not muscle enough to clean it. I put that as defect and contractor say that they would clean it when they handover me.

Hi Valer1e I had written at least five emails to my TO and My TO, Mr Ng was helpful with my appeal. I had tried to give HDB valid reasons and wanted explanation from HDB in my appeal but it was unsuccessful and no valid reason was given by HDB. I was determined to change the tiles. Finally, I wrote email to as well as call my TO, his superior and my senior estate officer. To my surprise, my TO superior gave me a call was informed me that my request was approved the next day. Maybe you might want to tell me the situation you are in and I hope I would be of help.
