Kindly advise, provide info and quote for 1) family of 4 in 16 y.o. condo( going to carry out a major reno), 2 toilets (2 stand showers and 1 bathtub), hot water in kitchen. Unsure if 2 wash basins should have hot water yet. 2) Number of heaters required. 3) the pricing for the respective sizes? 4) What is the warranty terms and what it entails? 5) size of recommended heaters as I hope to raise the ceiling for the toilets.
