i told u guys i hv a hard time maintaing the cleaniness of my hse. show u all some proof... pic of the paw prints on the balcony wall and floor: can u see the paw marks? can find paw marks on almost all the walls near the window. gotto mop n wipe the wall every now n then.

wah greycat u need a lot energy to deal with ur little yuki... but it muz be enjoyable. n it seems tat she veri greedy now. start to beg for food liaoz. last time i used to just give my ger dog food. but everytime we eat she keeps beggin for food. so we start giving her wat we eat now. all sorts of food like mac nuggets, fries, lollipop, cookies, bird nest, cake, pudding, coke... we noe is not gd for her but we reali cannot tahan her begging look. she can be veri persistent one. especially when we open the fridge, she will come askin for ice. even in my parent place. she noe where we keep the ice. but definitely no chocolates for her lah. wonder is yuki so greedy like my ger? sometimes even hv to hide in the room to eat my potato chips. haiz....

hehhe hubby oso gotto park 3A and above. nvr reali check out the 1st floor parking. maybe cousin want the whole 1st floor to be season parking bah. but to me i find it still ok lah. coz last time stayin woodlands hv to park all the way to the roof. carpark too small liaoz...

oic...noe wat u mean...the glue stuff ar... with the umbrella its better than nothing. at least can defend urself if anything happen. lights are bright enough. luckily our cousin gd at complaining. b4he move in, he started to complaint to town council liaoz. tink last 2 wks he just complaint to them bout the insufficient carpark lots for season parking n the vandalism. coz b4 we move in, the doors for all the units at my block were all spray with red spray. n jus told him bout the flies flying ard. he oso complaint liaoz. haha... veri gd neighbour to hv. but greycat think u overestimate my ger liaoz. she not as brave as u tink lah. tink anything happen she will be the first to run away. wow bun bun great leh! u got urself a great hubby... come back got hubby cook 4 u. until now my hubby oni cook for me once. n taste... if u noe wat i mean... nowadays wife dun reali cook for hubby liaoz somemore ur hubby cook for u. reali hard to find.

finally bought all the items for study room. bookshelves n swivel chair fr ikea and study table fr vhive. total damage $800 plus. somemore items bought fr ikea still got to fix ourselves. now still need to wait till end april for the study table. veri long wait man.... so bobian now still hv to tahan another mth w/o table.

cannot imagine the look on ur parents... but tink ur yuki should hv no prob in winning them over. remember she got a veri cute n pretty face... my ger oso can manage to win my mother over wif her kind of look. so ur yuki sure can do it one. somemore my cat still at my mum place. n the cat is my mum's precious. u can understand how my mum goin to worry when we move in during our reno. now my ger has successfully win them over... my mum even cook her chicken everyday. feed her biscuit, bread n papaya every morning. now when my ger got surgery, my parents will be calling now n then to ask bout her. when we move to JW, my dad even ask my hubby to drive my ger home b4 my hubby go to work. knock off then come fetch her back. like granddaughter like tat. see.... dun underestimate a dog. my mum dun reali like dogs but yet she now totally change. jus remember to get ready the necessary items like mop, toilet paper, newspaper...

wow so happening here ar? ya i agree here too quiet liaoz so those ppl will choose places like here to do illegal stuffs. u mean the teenage boys oso take drugs? better b careful then since u are the oni unit stayin there. but tahan another few mths n soon u will hv neighbours liaoz. my floor here total 6 units. 4 move in, 1 still under reno. got 1 unit not taken up n its just opp my unit. so far think 3 chinese n 1 indian. my opp neighbour is fr china. a couple with 2 kids. their daughter still veri young. ard kindergarten bah but his son think ard sec sch liaoz. quite friendly n during their reno we always go into their hse see see one. last week they even ask us to go collect letter box keys. coz the letter box here are change. so still not so bad. their daughter like to play with my dog but their son nvr bother my dog one. so my ger always bark at the son when he comes back. coz she like attention. so if anyone walk pass w/o calling her then she will start to bark. veri jiat lat one. everytime we go out oso muz either kiss her gdbye or sayang her. if not she start barking until u got to come back. the other chinese nvr seen them since we move in. oni seen them once during our reno. indian one seen them a few times. once they even scared by my dog while waiting for the lift. but they like enjoy it coz they keep laughing after the scared. yesterday i go find out bout the lock thingy. all i find out tat is the co is a registered one. nothing more. but hubby ask me not to worry too much. should be safe. dun tink they will come break in bah coz if tat happens, then they will be the most suspicious ones. somemore a few units hv oso change the lock by them. now just gotto keep this thing out of my mind. bunbun, touch wood hor... if u happen to see the indian guy again, wat will u do? if i were u i reali dunno how to react. take lift go down immediately or go back hm? or ask him to leave ? all oso not safe leh.

dun make me feel safer leh. by the time they arrive, everything may be gone liaoz. but i will go look at the other units see they got change the lock. same time can do some exercise bah. ermm... wat is tat? dun tink i seen it b4 leh.

did u see any??? no intention at all. we got more than enough lights for the room. n btw do u mean altar? like tat ar...then got to double check bout e company liaoz. but now got double lock so will be quite safe bah. actually for the wedding pic rite, we oso heard tat not gd for feng shui if hang at the bedhead. so since not gd for fs n so much hassle then better dun bah. oso agree wif phoenix tat it may not be able to hold the weight. if drop then jiat lat liaoz. gotto find a place to hang maybe study room. if not veri waste money. so its CS... should hv guess tat. a lot of ppl like CS. my 2 other fren oso got 2 each. as for the fur part? yes! shed quite a lot. tats why we always go for those silk type comforter. so easier to clean the fur. just sweep away the fur will do. but if she happen to lie on the bedsheet instead of the comforter, then gotto clear the fur with a brush.

just now johnny came over with his owner to look at our reno n oso to check on the laminate skirting. the worker just left n hv change the skirting. so now got nice skirting again. thought of hanging our wedding pic on the bed head. but johnny said tat the our bedhead made of gysum board may not be able to support. if we said earlier he can ask to place wooden blocks behind the board to support the weight. so now too late liaoz lah. but he said if we reali want, he will ask the worker to come n do it for us. so now dunno how... a bit troublesome coz need to drill then place the wooden block at the back then paint again. seems a lot of work leh. but he said ok one if we reali want to hang the pic. oso veri paisei liaoz le since he already help us a lot. so gotto discuss with hubby tonight. the bed head tat i would like to hang the wedding pic: how ar? should i hang or not? labrador? husky? alaskan malamute?

yes we still using the old one. so double lock now. so ur rabbli oso veri destructive. so guess most rabbits are the same bah. my rabbit got 1 weird habit. he like to chase after my hubby fren. mani frens came over but he oni chase after this particular one. everytime he came over, my rabbit will chase after him. dunno izzit bcoz this fren reali look like rabbit. funni leh...

tats a veri nice color... like purple a lot...guess ur doggy will love it. but u will hate when he jumps up. fur will stick... gotto get ready a brush to sweep away just in case he jumps up. dun let him spoilt it.

yeah i agree. soon she will bite especially they like to stick their heads out. mine definitly not guard dog. think got burglar break in she will just welcome him with her licking. she got a fetish with hands n feet. like licking them so much especiallly b4 we sleep or when we finish bathing. will help us to lick dry. veri thoughtful of her. its reali sweet of the greyhounds... wish my ger can be like them. always like big dogs coz they give a sense of security. but sad to said tat mine doesn't...

so wats ur no 1 breed? she jus got steralised. actually should be ok liaoz. but just tat we remove her collar on the veri first day of her surgery coz she like not use to the collar. so she lick her wound n got inflammation. so brought her to the vet n put her on collar again,

wow gotto catch up here... last time i used to get those mesh at the pet shop to surround the lower part of my gate although she can't go out of the gate lah. but she loves to squeeze her head out since young n tats maybe the reason why she got smaller head than other GR. but my gal bite them off easily. so no use for us. but i see ppl using those transparent plastic on the lower gate for dogs. but dunno where they get them from. maybe if ur dogs like mine bite the mesh, u can try the plastic. as for bb n dogs, me no experience yet. but me n hubby already start preparing for this. we always like to pinch, bite, pull on my dog's face, tail n ears. coz we believe bb like to do tat on dogs. so far she been veri tolerant for our senseless actions. since she so use to our actions, she will be use to our bb pulling n pinching bah. as dogs love attention so much. it could be veri sad for them to see a bb snatching away his attention. so guess we muz try to share our love equally. which is veri hard to do so. takin care a bb is so tedious somemore still hv to take care of the dog. can imagine the tiring work... but no choice bah since both are our precious. n oso agree tat intro is veri important. try to let them spend time together. both get entertain!!

last nite a man came to our hse telling us tat the locks for our doors at my area not veri gd. he had receive a lot complaints fr owners bout the locks here. so he ask us whether we want to change to those armour plated padlock or not. oso know as police lock. if want he will change it now with the other units so therefore cheaper. and oni will be collecting payment on the 16th. he said the usual locks for the wooden door by hdb get broken inside easily hence we will not be able to open the door. oso the hdb lock makes the wooden door veri shaky. can break in easily, not safe... so hubby get him to change the lock for the gate n wooden door. cost $145. we are given a master key for both locks, the wooden door n gate. so more convenient. oso the wooden door not as shaky as before le. now we got 2 padlocks for the gate.hehe like veri kiasu. dunno if anyone here encounter the same thing? especially bun bun since we staying at the same place. did anyone come to ur hse bout this lock thingy?

i agree wif applefreak...dun tink corgi salivate a lot. dun worri... as for ur rabbit, it will be great if u can see him perform the bunny hop. its a great stunt! is ur rabbit destructive? mine tat time in my previous hse bite the sofa n all the wires in the hse. our sofa got a veri big hole at the back which we didn't even notice. can always see him goin to the back of the sofa. but didnt noe he actually biting the sofa. dun noe how he bite until so big tat i almost can crawl into the hole. should hv take a pic of the sofa... so last nite u all muz be enjoyin the performance. it can be veri enjoyable to watch them play. everyday come back fr work can get all these kind of entertainment. i'm sure u love ur corgi more each day.

i suppose all ids in ideal hse are quite gd. trustworthy n gd workmanship. totally agree wif kajua...better to check out the pics at some of the blogs here. see which id designs are suitable for u. anyway mine is johnny fr ideal hse.i believe there are quite a lot of satisfied customers fr ideal hse. so best is take alook at the pics n then decide who to approach. btw i got a dog too. n we did a place for her to do her poo poo in the kitchen. its actually a kerb with drainage n tap. oso a divider to seperate out the place. can go take a look.

sure sure can arrange gathering for them. but provided u dun mind my gal too dirty. ur yuki look so well groomed. n mine? always salivating when excited. i oso pai sei... n oso the magic wiper u use same as mine. me too dun like the wet ones coz i find them very easily dry out. still prefer the dry ones. veri effective on fur. thx thx for the compliment! yeah veri affectionate one... always askin for attention n like squeezing wif us. n i always like ger ger coz i believe they more well behave... but i used to hv 2 boys and a ger all oso veri well behave. so dunno how true it is. maybe she shortsighted if not she veri clever bah... know the animals wont jump out fr the tv. ur rabbit muz be so scare to see the tiger. coz they are veri timid. last time i got 3 bunnies. they veri cute. always do the bunny hop. ur rabbit do the same?

thx. sure u will be in gd hands. so far johnny been veri helpful even after our reno. all touch up been done properly and now we are living happily in our new hse. gd workmanship and service so far n even my laminate skirting been destroy by my doggy was goin to be fix up. n he is the one who took the initiative to arrange for the fix when he learn bout it. we did not tell him bout the skirting but dunno how he manage to know n arrange the fix. so we reali kudos for his excellent service.

yeah i totally agree with cantona... she indeed looks gentle. n not at all ferocious, veri tame. but she can be veri rough when playing. btw she's retriever not a lab. maybe her fur not as much as other GR. tats y u mistaken her as a lab. poor doggy!

i think its not a prob for him bah. as all he hv to do is jus give the workers a call. but wat i like bout him is tat we did not told him bout the skirting n he took the initiative to arrange for a fix up when he learn bout it. n so far he's quite helpful during the reno n even after the reno. he even offered to help us install the tv after the reno when he had already stop work for the CNY. so guess he just trying to help whenever he can. somemore for wat i know he didnt reali earn so much coz so far all the ids quote us ard 45k for the things we want. so at least i know tat he is earning 5k less as compared to the other ids. n oso willing to foc some items. but of course i do agree with u tat maybe some ids will treat u differently depending on how much u spend on reno. but for johnny, his quote is so much lower than other ids tat we approach but yet he reali give us excellent workmanship and service. somemore till now we are the one to chase him to collect payment. he haben collect the final bill yet. n now n then when he happen to cal us, he will ask us if there's any prob with the reno so far. tats why we reali kudos to him for his excellent after sales service.
