@ cminyee--- I have done 3 bedroom parquet flooring, and 2 toilet floor & wall. exclude electrical, for electrical the cost is about 4K for my house..

@ Nakanishi---- yes I will install wooden floor but not Vinyl. Existing Bedroom floor right now is laminate. I will be replacing it with all parquet flooring.

@Gumbokins ------ Existing still good looking because previous owner spend 100k for his renovation, 6 years past. I need to create a new room as a walk-inn wardrobe for my daughter beside the kitchen and redo the kitchen cabinet, master toilet and 2 Bedrooms and two toilet.
