Things i need to get done are as follows: Overlay living room floor and 2 bed rooms Overlay kitchen floor and 2 toilets floor and wall Plaster living room walls Hack kitchen cabinet and build a new one Overlay utility room floor Paint whole house Redo electrical wiring and replace DB Change 3 door frames Change Main door, 2 bedroom doors, 2 toilet doors and 1 utility door Remove window grill from kitchen and utility room windows Need all these done with a budget of $20k - $23k
