Anyway the purpose of my wife-to-be opting for glass is becoz its easier to clean. Tats the main reason we went against laminates cabinet. We couple cringe when cleaning things up. Hahahahahaha As far as I know, my ID told me that the glass covers comes in Black, White and Tea-Colour (Brownish). Not sure if other ID have other colours to match your desires.! True that!! Hehe.. anyway it'l be our home for the next 10 yrs or so.. Make nice nice lor.. After 10 yrs then reno again and change! LoL.. joking dear wifey! Hahaha

Usually the accessories comes with a set. So if u going "ala carte" then the price will be a bit more expensive than those set ones.

I think so too lor. Before I put the glass covers, its abt $100 pfr.. After adding it in its $50 pfr more. So my cabinet is considered expensive. I figured tat I'm staying in a small home, so make it reaaal good when compared to a bigger house which requires significant planning and budget to make it nice.

1) Yes, $90 pfr. Whats the normal rates for granite slab? The slab looks "thin" to me. 2) Yup, $100 pfr for the cabinets ORIGINALLY. Wait there more.. look at 3) 3) Since the cabinets they give originally are in laminates, my wife-to-be opted for the top side to be glass so additional $1275. So my whole cabinet costed me $2550 + $1275 = $3825. Which works out to be $150 pfr. Hope u understand wat I'm trying to say.. Hehehe..

See lah wat my wife wants to do.. Makes not much of a difference for a $2k HHS cover.

Really innovative with that folding door feature, makes the other room look like a "hidden room" or also a balcony. The solid top having error? Gosh, hope they can rectify without any extra charges.

Sell it to HDB? Why must u sell it back to them? Eh cannot be lah.. They got say meh they want it back? At the first place they should ask us if WE want it at. Cannot anyhow "force" us to accept the clothes hanger if dun wanna use it and keep it till we wanna sell the house. Same case lor if any of the owners hack the walls down to make the place bigger, later sell, must put back the wall? Sounds ridiculous rite?

But since we doing a sliding door to cover the HHS, no harm to display a stonewall.. @grumpy and @makemefly My ID haven't come down to take a look at it. Hopefully they drill dun kena the pipes. We would like to keep the hangers if possible. Anyway makemefly, the clothes rack, how does it look like? Care to show a pic?

As I knew that the lights are fixed up, I came by in the evening after work.. Lo and behold, MY CARPENTRY IS FINALLY IN..!!! THE MESSY LIVING ROOM WITH MY TV CONSOLE.. THE KITCHEN CABINETS ARE UP ALSO SWEEE AH..! MBR CABINET ALSO INSTALLING CURRENTLY THE VANITY TOP.. DOESN'T LOOK SO VAIN..! HAHA STONEWALLS DESIGNED BY ID.. LOOKS GOOD.. THAT'S ONE HUGE A$$ OF A SHOE CABINET AT THE FOYER FOR THOSE WHO WANNA SEE THE CURTAIN ROD, THIS ONE AT MBR AT THE INTERSECTION AT THE EDGE OF THE LIVING ROOM CURTAIN RAILS..

My ID initially had this "repaint" gate to a new colour, but since its a nice wraught iron, he didnt wanna change the colour of it. Since u've mentioned abt varnishing the door and gloss paint the gate, maybe I should point it out to him ang replace it with the repaint gate.. Thanks simpleboi! My grilles are installed last week. So almost a week oready. Yeah, including the top toilet window one. I opted for wraught iron actually to go with the front gate.. but the cost was 3 times the aluminium grilles cost!!

We wanted a darker colour but the curtains guy didnt have it so in the end went for pine colour. The rod can do both "slip through" curtains or those with hooks.. Paid ard $700 for all the rods in the rooms. If interested, I can PM u my curtains guy. He's based in Bukit Batok. The window grill however we paid abt $900 for the whole house including the toilet windows.. My ID will show me all the available designs in the catalogue and we just have to choose one..

I popped by during lunchtime just now and guess wat?! And then there are lights..! MY MBR HANGING LIGHT WHICH COST US A COOL $700!! THE LIGHT IN MY GREENROOM LIVING ROOM LIGHTS When I was about to leave, some dudes came down to polish the tile flooring.. wo0o0o0o0oT~!
