Its not a must to install aircon in every rooms in fact. Its just a luxury to be used once a while. Each to his own.

I'm a bit skeptical abt Blum tho.. Are they child-proof? I mean if kids or toddlers open and close drawers, will it has the ability not to shut if the little fingers are touching the tip? Just a thought tho. Other than tat they're cool stuff!

Ah talking abt Vivo tiles rite, I told my ID i want my tiles to be like tat when I was selecting tiles for my home. He said, "Sure! Come I show u where is it.." Confident that it'll be less than $5psf.. I still can afford.. But guess wat?! Each freaking shiny bling bling tile at Vivo is a freaking $20psf!!!!!!! In the end, stuck with $3.8psf grey tiles for the whole house and black tiles with shiny glitters (if cant get the one, got something cheaper and ALMOST similar! HAHAHAHAHHA)

TILING WORKS STARTS - 13 DECEMBER 07 Tiles are ordered and thus delivered at our place on the 12th. Commenced work the 13th till today my ID called and said its done but not yet completed. He warned me that I'm not supposed to enter the house when tiling works are underway. This is to prevent the floor to be uneven or even have waves. The best thing he recommended that to stay away and if too, do not step on the tiles. Well my ID miscalculated the tile order so there's a shortage. Awaiting the new tiles to arrive and cemented! Hmmm... So the possible places that i can place is kitchen ceiling, storeroom and common toilet. I dunno whether to throw or not. Coz i find it very useful leh. Very practical. This one maybe I gif my ID a bit of headache unless LLST throw away and get a newer one. Any of u gonna do curtains for the kitchen? I realise there's no privacy if people at the corridor can peek into the house from the kitchen window.

One question guys. U know the retractable clothes hanger in the kitchen rite? Do u guys remove it or let it remain there untouched? As for me, I'll be doing a full length cabinet and have to move that clothes hanger. The problem is, I dunno where to move it. Any of you guys move it and install some place else or totally remove and throw it away? Any suggestions? I cant find a place in the kitchen to hang it leh...

Most probably from Ikea. But do they do customization and installation? Do we need to drill holes on the wall to put the rods up?

Sure why not? Can get to know my neighbours better. But I dun think can finish end mth. Maybe by mid Jan handover. I didnt do any screeding thats why it's pretty fast. Whole house tiled up and my ID say screeding is not necessary unless doing lamination or parquet.

Mine's is Fujitsu System 4 Inverter. Bought it at Best Denki for $4059. I think it came with 1 yr warranty.

Price wise I think is pretty standard ah but I think if u get from aircon speacialised shops, maybe u can try suck out some "freebies" like extended warranty or other things lor. I got my Fujitsu System 4 Inverter at Best Denki coz I wanna pay it by installments. And I have to purchase the in-house 5 yr warranty separately. In the end, get only a standind fan for free..
