After meeting a handful of contractors and reviewing their quotations, I decided to choose Living Art as my renovation contractor, for their reasonable price (which is within my budget) and the clear details for each job I requested from Mr Thomas Ng. I am also very pleased with his regular updates for the progress of the renovation and quick response to resolve any matters.Overall the workmanship is very good and within my expectation.
