You can try my friend ID Company. They offer you free advices and show you the 3d drawings for the next meet up with detailed quotation. Good for people like me who don't have any idea of the costing items and designs.
They have a number of Condos portfolio under their belts and their charges are not high as they don't really spend the money into advertising and have their own carpenters to earn from. A reputable company in commercial like shopping malls though. If you interested , pm me.
