Hi, Just here to share, i have engaged a Id firm really meet my budget within 9k have done all basic item for my bto at sembawang.firstly think package sure have to top up for most of those id firm but luckily i found it 9k nett for my renovation work. Their sales name Avis' and the company name "Living creator" really nice and friendly, and their carpentry is make in singapore i found most of the Id carpentry from johor and the price more expensive with same kind of material.

I just got a quotation from a ID name ( living creator ) their price is very reasonable can save a lot, this afternoon i will go to their carpentry factory to see on their workmanship at admiralty. as the quoted me 20 feet of kitchen cabinet is only $125 pfr with colour pvc internal. Below is the package which i received for my new BTO flat. I think they will offer the same Hope this will help you to get more great deal
