Its strange Im only seeing this right now as Ive googled multiple times to no avail. I see that you have not visited this site for a long while but I hope you can get in touch with me. I'm also a victim of Debbie Chong. In Dec 2015, she took SGD$45K from us on promise of renovating our apartment, but other than hacking a few walls, she's done nothing and made a mess of our apartment. She promised to repay us the full amount in April this year but so far, she's not been able to meet the repayments. The sad thing is I've known her for 20years and yet, I do not know this secret of hers. As I dig and unveil more plots, I found there are many more victims.
