Anyone here got your parque revarnish from HDB? they do some touch up for me and only did portion of it. Now it look funny. My living room floor tiles was completely replaced now, was replaced with 4-5 pcs different tone tiles previously. For main door, I'm on the waiting list also. Got to wait for 3 months for the new door.

It's a Chicken and egg issue, if you ID are so reluctant to provide intial service or proper quote. We'll take our business elsewhere, Simple. Dun have to let these that are not interest make our $.

I went there about 1 month back for a quote. Have never hear from them since then. Seems like no one is there always when we pass by the shop.

I've approached them for a quote too. Price is reasonable, ID did came up with some fresh ideas on the layout. Sales ID did follow up quite colsely with us. Only thing we do not find their past project impresive, design is like normal normal So we decided to drop them.

1) Main door cracked badly, once open cannot even close - request to change to new one 2) joint on living room tiles and side skirt big gap - 5pcs - change to new tiles liao but DIFFERENT TONE, will complaint. 3) Wall tiles above vanity top crack - master bedroom 1pc- change new one but tone is very different yellow - will complaint. 4) Wall tiles on master bedroom totally not even - probelm on installing instant heater as the backing is not flat. 5) Kitchen Floor tiles totally not even - change about 32 pcs but still not even and flat. 6) Shelter/ store door cannot close properly/ rubber seal/ door edge spoil. 7) protective stickers on master bedroom windows cannot peel off. 8) parque dented -2-3 pcs on bedroom floor 9) wall tiles crack - main toilet next to tower hanger. I'm very upset about the different tone/shade of the changed tiles, if the officer in charge do not take any action, I'll write in to higher level to get the issue solve. For my case, it takes about 1 month from the selection of my flat to the date I got my keys. Hi people, I'll also feedback to the officer about the toilet wooden door. See if they are willing to change it no bi-fold type. Guys, also look out for the uneven tiles in the kitchen ya. I replaced quite a number of pieces Maybe we shoud start to consolidate all the common porblems here, so as to keep others aware also..

I got my key on mid DEC and found some cracked tiles inside my master bedroom toilet. Got HDB officer to change one pc of the tile for me and ended up the yellow is of a different shade. Same goes to my living room tile. 4 pieces of tiles were changed, but quite obvious that the shade (tone) of the tile is different color. Gonna make a complaint to HDB officer to change all tiles. I'll sent feedback to the HQ through HDB web if he do not take any action to do that. Anyone here encounter the same problem wanna share with us what's there take on different color tile? From what i know, our units was build in 2001, some tiles are not available anymore.
