I have met up with a few IDs and contractors. However, I am still unsure on whether they have really quoted me everything.
Mine is a BTO flat with paid flooring provided by HDB, I didn't get the doors though.

I was told that a part of the cabinet is better to be made of stone if intend to stay long in the house, in case of water leakage from below the sink. Is that true?
