Hi Guys, I just placed a 50% deposit for the goose feather type sofa yesterday. Tried their sofa in Expo exhibition 2 years ago and after trying so many other sofas, we still prefer theirs. Despite reading this forum, we decided to order from them. Initially they wanted us to place 50% deposit to confirm order and follow by 30% more upon confirming the sofa color. Remaining 20% to be paid after delivery. I think paying 80% is way too much, worry that they will run away etc hence bargain to pay half only as deposit and the other half upon delivery. Will share with you guys if they did deliver the sofa etc. By the way they said they need 2 months, only able to deliver in end June.

Hi, Have anyone engaged OM interior? Recently had contacted Lester Wong for a quotation for my new flat. He is very prompt in answering my questions and offer suggestions to resolve my problems on the house design. If he isn't able to answer me within a day, he would highlight to me to avoid misunderstanding. So far have been happy communicating with him and his price is one of the cheapest. Wondering if anyone can offer more reviews

I find that he is quite a sincere and reliable ID because : 1) He make effort to find pictures of houses which may suit my theme and check if it is similar to what I want. When I replied him with pictures that as close to what I want, he said that he had already completed 3D drawing for my unit. Was quite shock that he put in so much effort during enquiry stage. 2) Offer to bring my family and I to a unit which he had completed before to check out his work. Quite a unique way and to do that, it means he has good working relationship with the house owners and they are satisfied with him. 3) He is flexible to meet anywhere else when I said that I am not convenient to meet in his show room. So far the price quoted by ITL is not the cheapest however I am impressed by Edwin's service.

Hi, Did you managed to engage any of them? About one week later after contact, we were scheduled to meet up. Had requested to have a look at the quotation before the agreed appointment date but did not receive it despite given reminder to send. Compared to other ID which I had communicated with, I think that they are more on the ball. Hence decided that I won't be considering Dyel design as ID is very important. Had cancel the appointment with him without receiving his quote.
