Good morning Just happened to see this link below about the designs for homes below 50 sqm. Quite an interesting read. I have since made the 10% downpayment and now, is the waiting game till 2021! I'm getting excited reading everybody's updates and pictures. As much as I wanna start asking for quotes/designs, I gotta hold myself back since taste might eventually change down the road. There will be a supermarket and shops too at Level 1 of the multi-storey carpark. A plus point for me since I like to cook With two big windows, I now have to decide between curtains and/or blinds. A good problem, I suppose. Hehehe

Mine is on the 17th floor and 47sqm Ya, it is a bummer that units are facing one another but I am actually quite cool with it for now. Was planning on Valley too because it would be nearer to the LRT station. But I kinda like that Heights is surrounded by amenities. A plus point for me! Hehehe Looks like we will have fun planning our future homes!

Thanks thanks Yup, I chose a unit that is within walking distance to all the different amenities. And yeah, gotta wait another six years before key collection. In the meantime, I will do the necessary research for the renovation.
