Pls avoid the contractor I used as he is unprofessional and unreliable. 2 years have past and my wardrobe door have drop for 4 times.. and the 1st time that drop is just when the contractor step out of the room, and we heard a slam down sound.. OMG.. door drop.. aiyo.. will it drop again.. The bosses say no.. and I am not saying on 1 wardrobe.. I have 3 set and all drop.. Now.. who gtg to help:( .. so piss off And one of the wardrobe is custom made in wrong configuration. After fixed up and refer to my drawing then I found out.. SUCK! Carpenter

Hilo, I done my aluminum roller shutter at 2.6K a yr ago and it have a push button for controlling the shutter up and down, it have kind of '3' great functions. 1) Security, difficult to break in (I didn't install any grill and window yet enjoying the Full ht of the EM) 2) When close completely, it have tiny holes for ventilation when rains 3) When close tightly, prevent the heavy stormy rains pouring in. Hope its helps.

Welcome to the forum, sweetie Pie. I saw some EM owner actually install those retractable fixed poles that you can lift up and down like lifting the 'roman blinds'. Not too sure about the cost, I'm also checking too. I guess ur area shld be quite windy that's y there is dust. However to cut down the dust, u may want to keep some tall plant to block it yet keeping the wind. hope it helps:)

As for me, most of the time I do it at the balcony as it more windy and airy. (my flr plan is more those that the living area, kitchen area and balcony area is linked) My dining area is only cooling between sept - feb period. cheers

Purple for my parent-in-law room and blue for my kids and my room. Blue is a soothing and calm color. Purple is a bliss color.. I used a mid blue.. not deep or vibrant blue, so result is quite calming and good for bedroom.

Dear Darren, There's a tile supplier at defu lane that have an outdr tiles, it look like garden tiles or pavement, avail in black or maroon and come in square or rectangle, it can absorb water but it porous. cheap to use. look okie.. (I'm using them at my EM balcony) total cost for my space area is about $350.00. The outdr wood will be like 3k for your size...if i m not wrong.

Hi florabliss, Currently i'm using PVC roller blinds and it only have 50mm standard one. maintain is easy and price shld be not too diff from the wooden one. hope it helps. But not advisable to do full length unless u not gtg to pull it up and down.

Hi jessie, After talking a few times to the master + a few year later + then a few times with the fengshui master and his sales ppl, the conclusion for a 'white' need not to be white for everthing, most impt is the feel must be white. Lucky is that i love white, so my flring n walls all white in this EM. It takes a while for me to like blue tot when i stay in the 4rm (cos i really love white and hope to contrast abit of black... but he say strictly NO BLACK ). In the end we have GREY cement flring in living and parquet in the rooms n toilets' wall cement screed.... Now i'm okie with blue and since it an expand version of my previous hse, i save alot on furnishing... just move all over.. Is your hse facing directly to the swimming pool???

congrats.. u getting married!.. Ya lor.. my colour on ground flr is almost white. and my upper one is blue and purple...(fengshui)... so it was same like my previous 4rm hse ... just an expand version.. hahaha
