Hi all, We are looking to purchase 4-room HDB flat.What is 4A2(85 sqm) model?Is 85 sqm too small for a 4-room?Anyone living in 85 sqm flat please advise.If the floor area is 90 sqm will it make much difference to the size of flat? Thanks
