I have a 1300sq ft private apartment and am thinking of renovating it. I am thinking of engaging an ID to design the renovations, and possibly manage the renovations. However, I have my own contractors whom I have used before and are very reliable and reasonably priced. Do many ID companies allow this? If they do, what is a reasonable quotation for their ID services for designing? What would be a reasonable quotation for managing the project?
