Mine they use wall sealer to make it smooth then let the painter to paint. If muddy, dirty and lines should be able to cover using paint.

yup, alot ppl at other country still using PVC because much cheaper. Actually it's ok to use PVC but not for high pressure. and the workmanship must good enuf, coz they use PVC glue at the joint. For singapore, better use SS/copper coz workmanship is exp and last long

yeah... use their painter better, coz they will paint the base 1st. after install the light + a/c then paint the real colour. if there is any changes on reno, they still can come to touch up the paint. i got the auntie painter from hobee

yeah very hard, unless you put cable inside pvc pipe. at least still can pull it out and replace better use wireless, can use wireless N if you need stronger signal and faster

If you want nicer tile for living room sure need to top up. Only kitchen and toilet tiles are cheaper, most are around $2.2 - $2.6.
