After getting BSC to rectify the defects for the the 2nd time, finally can see some results liao. But being HDB, the quality of work is eh........... Pics are taken on last friday. Some of the skirting is not sealed properly Finally my hollow tiles are completed But my pipe is still leaking!! Went down to BSC on last saturday to "feedback" and ensure they call the plumber As of yesterday.......the problems have been finally resolved........Today reno starting liao...... Gonna spot check and take pics as they come....OH ya!! tmr aircon installation liao so will jaga there to ensure they do a good job.

an easier way is actually to get your TV and see can tune to SCV test signal.....if cannot means need to get them down to activate liao but i think no rush cause it is activated @ outside your flat

Cause they open until 7 so should be ok.........Cause they really know how to drag and the work actually takes a day or so only.. After getting my keys, the first few days i spent was to check the whole house for defects. Very very siong and tiring Prob it's me who is being picky but i found 100+ Below are some of the things i've found just to name a few. Paint stains on parquet Hollow Parquet Hollow tiles Faulty electrical socket Leaking MBR toilet tap Rusty handles for the top window Check out some of the pictures and maybe u can see if you got them too Chipped Parquet Chipped Glass Hollow Tiles Have submitted the defects report to BSC and Mr Lee from BSC and Mr Lim from HDB attended to me during the inspection. And was told they will take 2 weeks........ok lor!

After years of Walk-In Selection, Balloting Exercise, BTO application even speaking to 2 MPs.............all still fail Finally.........we gotten our balloting number........ And it was a number which i see.....and i will go my number is so big.........but still must go and recce the place and see which is better. Finally we got a flat early this year........not the best location.....not the best floor.........but it is still.......our flat. And this is the start......of our home.......
