Hey Hey! Am back from my long holiday!! Haulage is actually charged by the HDB appointed contractor. About 200+ only. Anything else i think is the ID/contractor trying to chop you. And also ask them for the receipt cause the money is supposed to be paid to the HDB appointed contractor. For Starhub i believe it is the digital voice. Well frankly, u will need to switch on your modem in order to receive and to make calls, plus there is also a $42 svc activation fee. Plus, only 1 phone can be connected to 1 modem thus, only that phone will ring and not the whole house. Ya ya! 200 baht for an hr worth of thai massage.........SONG AH!!!! WCTC pple came and told me the water seeped thru the corner of my window pane. They also said that actually all the window pane edges (where it meets the concrete) should have silicon sealant to protect against such things. But gotto do ourselves. Heng thing is that he saw that below my unit, the wall is cracked and mould is setting in, so he will get his pple to repair the wall and as the same time, patch up my window pane for me.........i wonder, means my neighbour downstairs confirm got water seepage in his unit liao..........

eh bro, it would be your resposiblity when problem occurs. But since all the wiring done liao...........like nothing much can be done also. However i think u can go and question your ID to see if he speaking the truth.
