Hi peeps, chanced another good promos o tot of sharing withu all, Sony 37" LCD TV S Series now selling @ $1699. I think BD is giving the better promo cause got $200 choice voucher along with the extended 5 year warranty and delivery free all included. Was thinking since LG also selling same price, y not get the Sony one. What do u all think?

LG 7.5 Front Loader Washing Machine selling @ HN @ $499 and the 5 yr extended warranty i think is about $70+ so added together is a very good deal IMHO. I've also gotten hold of LG's warranty T&C. So if u all interested to have a copy, let me know and i'll email it over to you. Btw, below is the pic of my hollow tiles right smack in the middle of my hall Sorry if the pic ain't clear by each of the small masking tapes indicates the hollow area and everything grouped together, you can see the whole area is peppered with hollow areas.

Haulage fees is charged by the contractor that is appointed by your town council and not your ID.............feels like your ID is trying to chop you...............perhaps u may wanna email to the town council, get a reply email and show to your ID......

how about Mega Discount Store @ Katong Mall? Managed to get very good prices from them amongst other places like HN and Courts. e.g. LG 37" LC7 model HN was selling for 1699 and i called Mega and my sales guy matched the price.

i think the only way is to really catch one and post a photo to see what is it.........but confirm very diff to catch let alone take a photo if it is sealed using silicon, it will feel like it's a rubber seal just like the bottom of your shower screen, if it is plaster/chalk, it will feel like your grouting for your tiles !! haha they did it without u all asking............must be feeling guilty

eh...........dun need to bug them........just write them a "nice" email and tell them your situation. That should kick some assess and move the process Bedrooms and they are moving along the skirtings ma? but smaller den your average ants? can ask them to redo everything ah?? i also wan leh............better still, do u think it is better for 'em to remove the skirting and put tiles as skirting instead? i think it will resolve a lot of issues leh........ Btw, i kbkp to them how come my hallways and living area the skirting is sealed using silicon but the rooms is using plaster........then the contractor say all use silicon but when they paint over den cannot see liao............ honestly, i think rubbish surely u can feel the diff between silicon and plaster/chalk to file up the gaps right? Den in the end they say they will do silicon for the whole house. But actually do u all realise @ the bottom of the skirting, where the skirting meets the floor, it is still unsealed?? Thus no matter how good is the sealing done, still will have gaps @ the bottom for the creepy crawlies to hide. what do u all think? btw today i recce aircon @ coolserve and natural cool and also see taps, sinks, hoobs, hoods and storage heater @ Jalan Besar area...........what the prices i tell you........varies a lot lor........

ya lor.....today is my appt for my defects.........but where do u see the white ants? cause i use torchlight and find.........dun have leh............but also scared i shoot bird cannot see properly........ can take pic showing where and best is to see how do they look like? what do u mean by white ants? u mean termites? If so, means the termites are eating away @ the wood liao. Wonder can we use the ant poison or not. Same here, my timber skirting almost all hollow in the centre as for the parquet flooring, got a few places only.......... For hollow tiles............my main living room got 1 big area........must get them to patch up As for the crack lines, i got 1........will definately get them to change for me........ Btw u say u install lights liao, u mean just put a light bulb or wat ah?
