i think must push them and check with them it has been done....else BSC pple will take their time to slowly and do. And after changing still got problem let them know. If it fails, take pics and send to HDB directly....if not, time to call the press already. The problem is not with HDB, it is with the BSC pple.......they are actually private contractors. To them, the lesser they do the more they earn. And they earn @ our expense.

I believe you are refering to the grouting. it should not be like this. tiles should be even and grouting without holes. Unless yours is made by HDB and bo bian but nope nope, not nice. U can either DIY with grout brought from the DIY shops or get your contractor/ID to do it.

I check my current house eletrical storage heater ah, it is using 3 pipes leh. 1 for inlet, 1 for outlet and 3rd on is for the overflow valve. Means if your heater malfunction e.g. keep boiling water or water keep flowing in, the overflow valve will release the pressure e.g. the steam or extra water will flow out from here. I see if i can post some pics here. actually Starhub's Digital Voice is kinda troublesome and u will need to have your modem switched on in order to receive and to make calls. But Starhub's cust svc not sux leh.......am sure some of them tried but sometimes it's the pple on top no brain i dun think the pipes are gas pipes. cause if gas pipe, it has to be yellow in color.

That is cheap leh for your TV. Where did you get it? Actually i've heard many pple defer before. But if you are getting the subsidy, i think u will need to write in first before collecting the money.
