Only Thomson branch? Is there anything special about this branch that is different from others?

Hi, My toilet bowl is Bellavista brand and came with the apartment. Recently, the water flow became very slow and the WC took very long to fill up (and flush is not strong). My not very 'handy man' husband managed to unscrew the lid and removed the mechanism. He concluded that the rubber (what do you call it) is slightly torn and water is rushing out from that part. I think he is right as we compared this with another WC that is working fine. Where do we get a replacement for the rubber (a black ring-like shape)? Do we need to change the whole internal mechanism (checked with neighbourhood h/w shops but none have)? Anyone knows which shop carries Bellavista brand?

Hi MaCe, I have just been quoted by my contractor (who could be doing other repair works for me): To supply and install window mounted ventilating fan KDK 15 WHPA; with acrylic 23.5” x 23.5” with 1” spacers or chrome studs Tap to light point @ master toilet @$359 Do you think that this is reasonable? He said we need the acrylic thing as our toilet window has a top panel that can be opened while the bottom panel is fixed. We cannot change our windows. Can you help comment? Thanks!

Hi, I need a contractor who will take on a small job of repairing my leaky toilet pipes, repairing the damaged false ceiling and maybe installing a ventilation fan and other misc work (e.g re-silicon some areas). Any good ones to recommend? Most contractors find this job too 'small'. Thanks.
