    this is definitely workmanship problem with the fridge. the fridge should be air tight from prevent cold air from escaping. now even fruit flies can go in, meaning cold air is escaping which increase energy consumption. i think the job of the sales is just to sell. once complete transaction they don care anymore. anything will push to agent. im thinking either Hitachi or Mitsubishi. now i think Mitsubishi is the way to go? just for info, i heard that all jap fridge compressor is done by panasonic singapore. donno how true is it.

    agreed with u. engaged a FSM through recommendation of this forum and he failed the last 2 points. 1. was told house need to re-audit every few years. 2. duration only lasted 2hr, 1hr telling us where to place certain items without much explanation, 1hr for him to freely roam the hus and draw out the layout. 3. no apology was made when he arrive late. 4. nv provide any alternative to prevent inconveniences 5. ask for explanation and he say he need to open class to explain. LOL 6. takes days to reply email. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

    found some solutions online, http://www.howtocleanstuff.net/how-to-remove-acid-stains-from-marble/ 1. baking soda for fresh stain,apply generously on the stain and wait a couple of minutes. DO NOT rub too hard as it may damaged the tiles. 2. baking soda paste for more stubborn stain. more powder less water. same application as using powder. repeat if needed. 3. ammonium solution (10%) for old and stubborn stain. mix ammonium powder with water and spray onto the stain. wait couple min before cleaning off with warm water. marble and tiles are both porous so maybe will work? anyone tried before?

    should we just do whatever possible convenience to make our life easier? instead of following fsm advises and cause inconveniences in our life? wouldnt we be more happy to built our dream home to our liking instead of following fsm advises and place items in awkward places or items we dislike? some questions we should ask ourselves: will the changes cause any inconveniences? will it makes us more happy by having the changes or items? because we dono what we dono so we just follow the advises and try try?
